Jeff Borzello Says UK in Good with Kelly Oubre

Kelly Oubre is a player that has steadily risen up the rankings, is now top 20 with nearly every recruiting service and has the hair of a champion. Kentucky offered him around the time of the Peach Jam (when his hair got on our radar) and John Calipari visited him today. But now according to Jeff Borzello of, the Cats may now lead for Oubre:

Kentucky leading for Oubre would be big news and could cause a whole new hair revolution here in Kentucky. He is a great talent and would be quite the get for Calipari as he has the game of a Cal player (slashing and going to the basket). So let’s hope Jeff Borzello is right…and why wouldn’t he be. How could you not trust a recruiting expert that looks like this (he is in the Raptors jersey):

Oubre, Johnson, and Winslow: 3 studs for 2 starting positions; this should be interesting to see unfold…

That guy is too…..pretty….to play for UK. He looks more like a UCLA player to me. 😮

On what basis does Borzello make these remarks? What’s his evidence?

No one knows. Or seems to care. We’re just supposed to accept what he says without question.

Does this not bother anyone else? These guys are prostitutes, gossip mongers.

Kyle Chandler . . . look him up in a show called Early Edition — where he gets newspaperspapers that show tomorrow’s headlines that he has to thwart. (Kind of like a non-super hero.) Great show, great character.
